Source of fiber:

NOW® – How to use balance recommendations
Ideal to complete breakfast, a meal, and even to take between meals.
Add a recommended serving/intake, once or twice daily.
Add between 4 g and 8 g of NOW® to the final matrix chosen, depending on whether we are going to recommend a daily intake of one or two doses.
1 shot (like the one in the figure above), whose content will depend on whether it is recommended once or twice a day, liquid and spoon yogurt, ice cream, juice-based drinks, cereal bar, and dietary supplement formats such as sticks or jelly gums.
